Now Acrystone® is available as a
one-of-a-kind exterior architectural cladding. This specially formulated mineral-filled
acrylic sheet material is extremely durable
and easy to fabricate with standard
woodworking tools.
Weather and UV Resistance
Acrystone is highly resistant to UV rays that cause fading. Our years of experience in
formulating acrylic sheet grades for harsh outdoor environments in the sign industry have
helped us create a solid surface materials that holds up to all types of weather
conditions. Rain, excessive humidity, snow, ice and temperature extremes do not adversely
affect Acrystones performance.
Easily Thermoformed and Fabricated
Acrystone is flexible. It can be thermoformed into countless shapes for the most creative
uses
round columns, curved panels, bullnoses
you name it.
 

In addition, sheets can be cut and adhered together to
create a multitude of architectural details such as curved panels, column covers, seamless
tight mitered corners, decorative inlays
and inlays with other exterior materials
such as brass, tiles or bricks.
Easy to Maintain and Renew
Acrystone is a low-maintenance surface materials. It can be easily cleaned with mild
detergent and water. Acrystone is a non-absorbent, renewable surface
ideal for use in
moist climates. Scratches and graffiti can be easily removed with light sanding and
buffing.
Colors
Acrystone is available in many colors, textures and sizes. It has the elegance of stone,
yet is easier to work with
and more cost-effective. Acrystone exceeds the performance
of most metal surfaces.
